@ That Party Place is able to deliver party supplies anywhere within Australia. If you wish to place an order for party supplies and are from another country, please contact us on +61 7 3245 1211 or This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it and we will provide you with a freight and handling quote.

The freight and handling cost is $14.95 Australia wide regardless of your package size. However, if more than one piñata has been ordered, it is possible that you may have to pay additional freight. We will contact you immediately if this is the case.

If you would prefer you are able to pick your party supplies up from our Capalaba store. If you choose this option, we will notify you when the order is ready and there will be no freight or handling charge.

Please allow up to 5 working days for delivery in major cities and up to 8 working days for regional areas. We will only dispatch the goods once payment has been received, so if you choose to pay by means other than credit card, this will increase the time from ordering to you receiving the goods.

If you need your products urgently, please contact us directly and arrangements may be able to be made to meet your deadline. We can only do our best.

If for some reason we are out of stock on a particular item, we will contact you immediately.
